Lauren is a 30-something Juilliard grad now living in Los Angeles after nearly 15 years in NYC. She began acting in local and professional theatre at the age of 9 in her native Delaware. She has enjoyed working on stages across the country, the most recent being the Ensemble Theatre in Santa Barbara where she played the title role in Zola's Therese Raquin.
Lauren has been teaching and coaching actors for nearly a decade, most recently at AMDA-LA. She teaches her own weekend/evening workshops and will begin a new schedule in the fall.

Lauren is a certified massage technician and works on-call at several Chiropractic offices as well as having her private practice clients.
