A graduate of The Juilliard School, Lauren has been living in LA since 2006 and loving every minute of it. Many theater stages across the country have contained her including, The Alley in Houston, Long Wharf in New Haven, McCarter in Princeton, Indiana Rep in Indianapolis, Old Globe in San Diego, and most recently Pennsylvania Shakespeare in Center Valley, and the Mark Taper and the Geffen Playhouse in LA.

She has taught Acting, and Voice and Speech at AMDA-LA, and has been coaching actors privately since 2000.

Her passion is the pursuit of life’s meaning – she does this in many ways (in no particular order):

  • Vipassana Meditation
  • Massage Therapy (both giving and receiving – she is a licensed MT)
  • Running
  • Drinking red wine
  • Telling the human story over and over again through different characters – each time is another click in the kaleidoscope and another penny drops….
